Nuria Riaza, born in Almansa and living in Valencia, has illustrated for Warner Music, Penguim Random House, Valencia Plaza, Panenka or Glamour, among others. She has exhibited in solo and group shows in Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Zaragoza.
The blue pen is once again her main tool. She can talk about anything using a pen and paper as a means of expression, thus learning to accept that error is part of any process. The thread is what binds us to our roots and traditions, paying tribute to the women who made life with those who fought for it, through embroidery. The artist presents a wide sample of drawings with an endless number of metaphors and poetry, of outstanding technique and extreme care of the concept. It is tribute to women.
