« I often find the origins of my work in my natural environment, in those landscapes I belong and to which I always return. Already blurred in my memory, they return reduced to the emotional threads that connect me with that place, to that path, to those mists.
I try to stop them in an image that prevents them from detaching, and thus avoids the sound of the winds from leaving me, the silence of the mists, so that they do not disappear, to not disappear myself. They are my emotional relationship with the landscape.
I barely contain the flow of water, letting the ink accumulate on papers around me in always nostalgic spots, always woven together by the gusts of the winds, by the movement of the waters, by the silence that inhabits them … ».
